How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer support at info@jordaansale.vip within 30 days of receipt. Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or quality issue along with your order number.
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed drop-off instructions.

Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return shipment is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 1-2 business days. Upon verification, we will issue a refund immediately.
All refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for your banking institution or credit card issuer to clear and post the funds to your account statement.
